UC Press has just launched a new journal, Global Perspectives.  It is an interdisciplinary journal, but anchored strongly by sociologists.  Many members of the Sociology of Development Section might find the journal a productive outlet for their work.  Sara Curran is editing the journal section about Social Institutions, Organizations and Relations and they have a fantastic editorial board for that section, including Michael Buroway and Saskia Sassen (among many others).
